Stop Procedure of Centrifugal Fan
 
1. Urgent shutdown. If the fan has the function of feedback signal, Nidec fan will automatically feedback the signal when the fan is in trouble. At this time, centrifugal fan needs to shut down immediately when one of the following conditions occurs. Press the parking button of the main motor, and then proceed to the operation after the shutdown.
 
1. The centrifugal fan occasionally suffers from severe oscillation and has exceeded the tripping value. _
 
2. There is abnormal sound when scratch or foreign body occurs inside the body.
 
3. Smoke appears in any bearing or seal or the temperature of a bearing rises sharply to the alarm value.
 
4. When the oil pressure is below the alarm value and can not recover normally.
 
5. The liquid level of the tank is low, and it has the appearance of suction.
 
6. The axle displacement value shows a significant and sustained growth when it reaches the alarm value.
 
2. Normal shutdown: The normal shutdown of the unit shall be carried out according to the following procedures.
 
1. Turn over and open the empty valve gradually, and close the exhaust valve gradually together.
 
2. Close the intake saving valve gradually to 20-25 degrees.
 
3. Press the parking button, the fan and pay attention to the abnormal appearance in the process of parking.
